Implementation Packages
Implementation packages allow me to take on the heavy lifting of doing the work for you. Because you still have an organization to run, it can be difficult to find the time to create all the documentation you need and figure out how to get it organized in a new place. I can do that for you. If you have an obvious place to start, such as preparing for a new hire or departure, we might be able to jump straight in to an implementation package, but usually, the Nonprofit Operations Diagnostic is the best place to start, as it will help define priorities and scope.
